Do you offer a welding booth with extraction?
Yes. We are happy to supply and install a complete system solution with an integrated extraction system. The welding booth can be equipped with point extraction or integrated capture elements, so that welding fumes are captured directly at the source.
A major advantage for you: Together with an extraction system, the entire project may be eligible for funding from GEMAtech!
Alternatively, we can plan your welding booth to be connected to an existing extraction system.
Do you also offer solutions for welder protection?
Yes. Every welding booth can be equipped with suitable welding protection solutions. These include welding curtains and viewing windows with special protective film. This clearly defines the work area inside the welding booth and protects surrounding areas from radiation and sparks.
Is the welding booth available with a W3 extraction system?
Yes, our welding booths can be equipped with a W3-approved welding fume extraction system. Depending on the requirements, the extraction system operates as either a recirculating or exhaust air system. The contaminated air is filtered and, depending on the design, either returned to the hall after cleaning or vented to the outside.
