Can you safely capture and extract explosive dusts?

Yes. For explosive dusts, we use ATEX-certified capture elements as well as ATEX- and explosion-proof extraction systems. This ensures that the grinding dust is safely captured directly at the source, eliminating any risk to your employees or your operations.

Can the grinding booth be equipped with an overhead crane?

Yes. We can integrate crane systems inside the grinding booth to precisely lift, move, and position workpieces weighing up to 2 tons. If an overhead crane is already present, we will adapt the booth design accordingly. This can be achieved, for example, with removable roof elements, opening roof sections, or defined crane recesses. This allows you to conveniently and safely bring workpieces into the grinding booth using an overhead crane.
