Cleaning booth with extraction system

Cleaning booth with extraction system for industrial use

A cleaning booth with extraction is the safe solution when cleaning processes in your production are simultaneously loud, messy, and safety-critical. Whether compressed air cleaning, high-pressure or dry ice blasting: in the booth, noise, spray mist, particles, and gases are controlled directly at the source – without unnecessarily burdening your surroundings, employees, or equipment. This creates clearly defined, ergonomic cleaning stations that don't disrupt your production but rather complement it effectively.

  • Reduced noise level through soundproofed cabin construction
  • Defined cleaning workstation, the dirt and media spatially limited
  • Targeted extraction of dust, fog, CO₂ and vapors directly at the source
  • Better air quality for the staff in the hall

Each industrial cleaning booth is designed specifically for the project. Modular soundproof panels with a mineral insulation core and a choice of outer shell made of hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, or GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) have proven effective, depending on the chemical and mechanical stresses.

Typical applications of the cleaning booth

Our solutions are used in various industries – from mechanical engineering and automotive to metal and plastics processing and electronics manufacturing. Typical applications of a cleaning booth with extraction include:

Cleaning booth for dry ice cleaning

In CO₂ dry ice blasting, both noise control and gas monitoring must function reliably. Our specialized cabinet combines soundproof panels, suitable extraction technology, and a CO₂ monitoring system tailored to the process.

Cleaning booth for high-pressure cleaning

For stubborn residues such as oil, grease or coatings, a closed cabin with splash guard, floor drainage and robust lining offers the necessary safety – optionally also for combinations of high pressure and cleaning chemicals.

Cleaning booth for solvent and parts cleaning

Manual parts cleaning with solvents or aqueous media produces fumes, spray mist, and odors. In the booth, these emissions are contained, while the extraction system captures and removes the contaminated air – for greater workplace safety and a cleaner environment.

Cleaning booth for compressed air cleaning

Compressed air cleaning removes dust, shavings, and light contaminants from components. Our booth keeps particles and noise contained, while the extraction system safely removes the contaminated air.

Frequently asked questions about our cleaning booth

We use CO₂ dry ice blasting. Can you supply a cabinet including extraction?

Yes, we design and supply cleaning booths specifically for CO₂ dry ice blasting – including suitable soundproofing panels, windows, doors, gates, lighting, electrical systems, and, if required, additional gas monitoring. This way, you receive a completely coordinated solution from a single source.

What level of sound insulation can we achieve with the cleaning booth?

The achievable sound insulation level always depends on the specific conditions of the location. These include the number and type of background noise, the layout of the hall, the presence of openings, and the frequency spectrum. However, in many applications, sound insulation values of up to 30 dB on average are realistic – with special measures, values of up to 45 dB are also possible.

Do you have different filter systems for extraction?

Yes. Depending on the application, we use, for example, cartridge filters, activated carbon filters, or a simple vent to the outside. Solutions for oil and emulsion mists, as well as other special requirements, are also possible – we select the filter system to suit your process.

How do I clean the soundproofing panels in the cabin?

The panels can generally be cleaned with standard, non-aggressive household cleaning agents and soft cloths. Harsh, solvent-based, or highly abrasive cleaners should be avoided. Alternatively, our hygienic panels with plastic (GRP) or stainless steel cladding are available; these are resistant to salt, acid, and alkalis.

Can you provide a CE declaration of conformity for the cleaning booth?

Yes, we can prepare the corresponding CE declaration of conformity for the cabin we supply and provide you with the necessary documentation.
