What level of sound insulation can be achieved with the soundproof booths?

The achievable sound insulation level always depends on individual circumstances, including the type and intensity of the ambient noise, the building height, and the relevant frequency ranges. In practice, the expected sound insulation level of our booths averages up to 30 dB, and even up to 45 dB with double-walled construction.

Are there standard cabins or fixed standard heights?

We offer both proven standard sizes and designs (also available pallet-compatible and fully pre-assembled) as well as customized solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Yes, because our soundproof booths are modular in design. Extensions, modifications, or even relocation are usually easily achievable.

What colors and coatings are available?

We supply the panels in RAL 9002 (grey-white) as standard. Upon request, the cabins can be painted in almost any RAL color, allowing for optimal integration into your corporate identity. For special requirements, such as in hygiene or cleanroom environments, we also offer stainless steel versions or special fiberglass (GRP) panels.

What fire protection class do the GEMAtech soundproof booths meet?

Our soundproofing panels consist of double-sided coated, hot-dip galvanized sheet steel with internal mineral wool insulation (A1 – non-combustible). They meet fire protection class A2-s1, d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1 and offer a fire resistance of up to 240 minutes.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on size, features, and project scope. It typically takes approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation, but can also be scheduled according to project or deadline requirements upon request.

Furthermore, our self-supporting design guarantees quick and trouble-free assembly, disassembly, and reassembly.
